This University, set up by the government of Haryana under an act 9 of 2003 passed by the State Legislature, has sprawling campus of 213 acres 4 Kanal 12 Marlas at BarnalaRoad ,Sirsa. The University is approved under section of 2(f) and 12(b) of UGC act 1956.The objective of this university is to facilitate, promote and excel in higher education.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Eligibility Conditions for Admission to B.Ed. Two Years Regular Program as per NCTE Norms is as under:

  1. Candidates with at least 50% marks (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled
  2. Candidates of Haryana only) either in the Bachelor Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/
  3. Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and
  4. Mathematics with 55% marks (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled
  5. Candidates of Haryana only) or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to
    the programs.
